A recently constructed apartment with modern furnishing situated on the ground floor of a villa which can house numerous families, at 900m from the sea and in the immediate vicinity of the principal services of the village. The apartment is made up of a double bedroom, a twin room (sleeps a total of 4 persons), a bathroom with shower, a large, bright living room with kitchenette, covered veranda with table and chairs, garden and parking space.

Colour TV with digital receiver, washing machine, iron and ironing board, wall safe, barbecue, table and chairs on the veranda.
Standard Equipment
Cooking pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, brooms, buckets, kitchen utensils, tables, wardrobes, sofas.
Note
- Consumption of water, gas, electricity and final apartment cleaning included in the price of the apartment.
- Bed linen and towels with weekly change included in the price of the apartment.
- The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the kitchenette (plates, hobs, rubish, etc.)
- Occupation of the apartment is from 17.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure
- Dates may be subject to change
- Bookings are considered as confirmed upon receipt of a deposit via bank transfer or postal order
