ARBATAX TOURIST PORT
The tourist port of Arbatax Marina is located in the centre of the east coast of Sardinia 8 miles from Capo Montesanto where the Gulf of Orosei begins and near the cove of Capo Bellavista within the larger port of Arbatax, destination of ferries from Genova and Civitavecchia. Safe and accessible at any time and depth.
At the port, you can admire the old Spanish tower and the fantasticly suggestive “Red Rocks” jutting out into the sea. There are various marine sites in the immediate area of Arbatax: thte enchanting Cala Moresca, the beautiful bay of Porto Frailis, the long litoral of Lido di Orrì with its fine, sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, and finally the wonderful beach of Cea with its spires of red porphyry.
Around Arbatax there are also the imposing and fascinating Gennargentu mountains: vast forests of diverse species characterise the suggestive panorama.
In honour of such beauty, the Sardinian Railways with their Green Train, organise daily trips from the station of Arbatax towards the mountain villages, crossing wild and unspoilt countryside.

SANTA MARIA NAVARRESE TOURIST PORT
The modern Tourist Port of Baunei and Santa Maria Navarrese, inaugurated in 1998, is a safe and welcoming haven on the east coast of Sardinia which can host up to 340 vessels with a maximum length of up to 30m.
The staff members are professional and friendly and the variety of services on offer is enough to satisfy the various needs of the people sailing in to dock. In June 2005, the Port was equipped with “Pequod”, a lift to allow people with physical disabilities to board in safety, thus becoming the “first accessible port” in Sardinia.
In 2006, for the second time running, the Tourist Port received the prestigious Blue Flag award for improvements in tourism, awarded for the quality of the improvements, services and safety measures, environmental education and information.
Every year the port increases its number of visitors thanks to both the quality of its services and the magical scenery of its surroundings, a small cove with a view of the Saracen tower of Santa Maria Navarrese and its beach.
